Does this resonate?

If your 20s have been feeling overwhelming, confusing, and uncertain, I’m here to help.

Your twenties can feel like a constant mix of pressure, uncertainty, and questioning whether you’re doing life “right.” You might find yourself overthinking every decision, struggling to truly relax, or feeling like your life looks good on the outside but doesn’t feel that way inside.

You may have a hard time knowing or communicating your needs, or find yourself in relationships that leave you feeling anxious, confused, or not good enough. At times, you might even wonder why this feels so hard when it seems easier for everyone else.

Therapy can help you slow down, understand what’s keeping you stuck, and start building a life that actually feels like yours.

I’m so glad you’re here.

Hi, I’m Paige Eastwood — a virtual therapist based in Arizona, Colorado, and Oklahoma who specializes in working with anxious twenty-somethings and young adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what comes next.

Many of the clients I work with are navigating anxiety, overthinking, and relationship patterns that leave them feeling confused or not good enough — even when their life looks put together from the outside. They often know something needs to change, but aren’t quite sure where to begin.

My approach to therapy is warm, relational, and collaborative. I believe the relationship we build in therapy matters, and I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are. Along the way, we’ll also work on practical tools and deeper insight to help you move forward with more clarity and confidence.

Something needs to change.

You don’t have to stay stuck.

If it’s been feeling hard to move forward, you’re not alone. But things don’t have to keep showing up in the same way.

Therapy is a space to start creating something different. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more confident in yourself, build relationships that feel healthy and secure, and move through life with more clarity and intention.

Over time, past experiences don’t have to feel as present or defining. You can begin to feel more grounded, more aligned with your values, and more like you’re actually living your life, not just trying to keep up with it.

Your twenties are a time of growth, change, and possibility. You deserve to make the most of it.

My Specialties

Where I do my best work

01 Anxiety

Anxiety can show up as constant overthinking, feeling on edge, or the sense that your mind just won’t slow down. Together we’ll work to understand your anxiety, calm your nervous system, and develop tools that help you feel more grounded and in control.

02 Trauma

Past experiences can shape how we see ourselves, others, and the world. For some clients, we may use EMDR, an approach that helps process past experiences so they don’t continue to impact your present in the same way.

03 Life transitions

Your twenties often come with major life changes — careers, relationships, identity shifts, and figuring out who you want to be. Therapy can help you navigate these transitions with more clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

How we’ll work together

Reach out

Starting therapy can feel like a big step. In a free consultation, we’ll talk about what’s been going on for you and see if working together feels like a good fit.

Get to know yourself more deeply

Together we’ll explore what’s driving your anxiety, the patterns showing up in your relationships, and the experiences that may still be impacting you. Therapy creates space to slow down, better understand yourself, and begin responding differently to the things that once felt overwhelming.

Move forward with more clarity

As you gain insight and practical tools, things often start to feel a little lighter. The goal isn’t to have everything figured out — it’s to help you navigate your life with more confidence and self-trust.
