Your first session is focused on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’ve been experiencing, what you hope to gain from therapy, and any relevant background that may help guide our work together.
You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions and get a feel for how I work. The goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported.

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your therapy services.
Because I am an out-of-network provider, I will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate that outlines the anticipated cost of your care if you are paying for services out of pocket. This estimate helps you understand the expected cost of therapy before beginning services.
You can also request an updated Good Faith Estimate at any time during treatment.
