Meet Paige Eastwood, LPC
Iām also a real human navigating my 20s, which means I understand how overwhelming, confusing, and pressure-filled this season of life can be. Thereās this constant feeling that you should have everything figured out, and when you donāt, it can feel like youāre somehow behind or doing it wrong.
I try to show up as someone you can actually talk to. Not overly clinical, not distant, just a real person who gets it. I want you to feel comfortable being yourself, saying things out loud you havenāt said before, and not worrying about being judged or misunderstood.
Outside of therapy, youāll usually find me at the gym, on a walk with my dog, hiking, exploring new places, or planning my next trip. I love being active and outdoors, but I also appreciate slowing down with a good book.
I want you to truly hear this:
Seeking help isnāt a sign of weaknessāitās a testament to your strength.
A space where you donāt have to have it all together.
You donāt have to show up perfectly, have the right words, or know exactly what youāre doing. You can be honest, messy, unsure, and still feel supported.
Iāll meet you with compassion, but Iāll also be real with you. Iām not the type to just sit back and nod. Iāll help you notice patterns, challenge whatās keeping you stuck, and support you in making changes that actually feel meaningful in your life.
Therapy with me isā¦
