Meet Paige Eastwood, LPC
I’m also a real human navigating my 20s, which means I understand how overwhelming, confusing, and pressure-filled this season of life can be. There’s this constant feeling that you should have everything figured out, and when you don’t, it can feel like you’re somehow behind or doing it wrong.
I try to show up as someone you can actually talk to. Not overly clinical, not distant, just a real person who gets it. I want you to feel comfortable being yourself, saying things out loud you haven’t said before, and not worrying about being judged or misunderstood.
Outside of therapy, you’ll usually find me at the gym, on a walk with my dog, hiking, exploring new places, or planning my next trip. I love being active and outdoors, but I also appreciate slowing down with a good book.
I want you to truly hear this:
Seeking help isn’t a sign of weakness—it’s a testament to your strength.
You don’t have to show up perfectly, have the right words, or know exactly what you’re doing. You can be honest, messy, unsure, and still feel supported.
I’ll meet you with compassion, but I’ll also be real with you. I’m not the type to just sit back and nod. I’ll help you notice patterns, challenge what’s keeping you stuck, and support you in making changes that actually feel meaningful in your life.
A space where you don’t have to have it all together.
Therapy with me is…
01 compassionate
You’ll be met with understanding and support, no matter where you’re starting from.
02 honest
I’ll be real with you in a way that feels supportive, not harsh, so you can actually move forward.
03 relational
Our connection matters. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can truly be yourself.
04 practical
You’ll leave sessions with insight and tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life.
